...my daughter would get her stander time, her therapy time and her required daily nutrition without fail. She would wear her AFOs for precisely as long as instructed, have her thumb splints on complete with supinator straps before breakfast and be out of her pajamas before noon. The trio would be bathed daily and held and read to independently and continuously. We would explore the neighborhood and the house and the park. I would point out the objects we passed and think up creative songs and stories to fill their imaginations. With a snap of my fingers they would be transported from the house to the car, buckled in properly and arrive at our destinations without incident and without the need for medication to keep their nutritionally balanced breakfast down. The breakfast they ate without protest. My house would be clean with clutter removed and laundry folded and put away. We would eat dinner as a family every night from a menu that suited us all without the need for grinding or thinning or added oil for extra calories. No one would whine if this dinner was not served precisely on command. Everyone, big and small, would be tucked into bed at the end of a day in which they got exactly as much attention as they deserved. There would be no need for mid-night crying because if I am a magician there are no more seizures and no more medications. Only happy, healthy, moderately well-behaved babies. At least some of that is right, even if I am not a magician.

Magicians certainly provide the illusion that a task requires little to no effort....so I'd say you're already working some pretty amazing magic... AND, most importantly, your kiddos know how much you love them!!!
Any prescribed schedule must be sustainable-- a happy, healthy mom is a prerequisite for happy, healthy 18 month olds. :)
They also love their aunt! We loved having you.
